ProAgentSites provides fully managed professional websites for Realtors, independent insurance agents, financial advisors, and other sales professionals. Your subscription includes domain registration, hosting, SSL, website design, and ongoing content updates.
The standard service is $100 per month, billed monthly via PayPal subscription. There are no setup fees and no long-term contracts.
Clients who select the Custom Design option are charged a one-time design fee of $299 at the time of sign-up. This fee covers the design and build of a custom website. The $100/month subscription begins separately when the client approves the design and is ready to go live.
The $299 design fee is non-refundable once design work has begun. Design work is considered begun upon our first delivery of a concept, mockup, or draft to the client. If you cancel before any design work has been delivered, the fee will be refunded in full.
There is no fixed timeline for the design phase — clients may take as long as they need to review and approve the design before going live. The $100/month subscription is not charged during this period.
Upgrading from a template site: Existing subscribers on a template plan may upgrade to a custom design at any time by paying the $299 design fee. No new subscription is required — your existing $100/month subscription continues unchanged. The upgrade design fee is subject to the same non-refund policy described above.
Subscribers may request changes to their website at any time by emailing admin@proagentsites.com. We fulfill change requests within 48 business hours. Requests are subject to fair use — we reserve the right to limit excessive requests that would be unreasonable for a standard managed service.
New websites are typically live within 2 weeks of receiving all required assets from the client (headshot, bio information, and style preference). Build time begins upon receipt of complete assets.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of your current billing period. Website files remain the property of ProAgentSites.
Your domain name is yours. Upon cancellation, you may request a transfer of your domain to a registrar of your choice at no charge. Transfer requests must be submitted within 30 days of cancellation. If no transfer is requested within 30 days, the domain will be released at the end of its registration period.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. If you are dissatisfied with the service, contact us at admin@proagentsites.com before initiating any payment dispute — we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Filing a payment dispute with PayPal for services that were legitimately delivered constitutes a breach of these Terms and is considered fraudulent misuse of the dispute process. We maintain records of all work performed, including preview confirmations, go-live dates, and change request history, and will submit this documentation to PayPal in response to any dispute.
Upon receipt of a payment dispute, service will be suspended immediately pending resolution. If the dispute is resolved in our favor, the account will be permanently closed and service will not be reinstated.
Your website must not be used for unlawful purposes, to distribute spam, or to publish content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or in violation of applicable regulations. ProAgentSites reserves the right to suspend service for violations of this policy.
ProAgentSites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid in the 30 days preceding a claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
